Herb UK prides itself as being a plant-based natural hair colour, hair styling, and hair care specialist. As a B Corp certified business that prioritises people over profit, it is focused on making sustainable choices for the planet. The hair care company is known for manufacturing and distributing Tints of Nature and Organic Colour Systems throughout the world since 1990. 

Herb UK proudly displays the cruelty free and vegan logo on their website. They received their animal-friendly certification from Choose Cruelty Free as early as 2010. In 2015, they were the first natural colour company to patent ammonia-free natural vegetable oil-based colour and gain accreditation from PETA. 

On their Linked In page, they state, “Since day one, Herb UK has been a health conscious, ethical, and environmentally aware business, striving to educate and inform our customers about the benefits of using more naturally based hair products.
